She contacted the manager and fixed the issue with points, and even gave me a small discount for the inconvenience which I really appreciated! Thank you for listening to your customers and making it right, House of Vapes!! I’ve been to HOV several times, but tonight I came to the realization that they’re ripping people off. First, their point system is ridiculous. You have to spend almost $200 JUST to get $5 off( THIS number INCLUDES TAX). I also made a purchase for $25 and was only awarded 24 points, like where does that make any logical sense, it’s one point per dollar and no, that does not include tax. The only nice person who works here is Crystal, the manager during the morning shift. She’s a sweetheart and truly loves her job and her customers, but if you want a better atmosphere with a friendlier staff and better rewards for being a customer, go to SMOKE AND VAPE DZ. Anything this place has, they got it. And you get $10 OFF once you spend $100. You can’t beat that! If they can start giving me the 25 points I’ve earned and reward their customers better, I MAY go back. But I doubt it.

This place deserves 5++ stars. Muzz was very nice and helpful to introduce and guide us in finding the best products that fit our needs. This business is run by good people and they know what they do and how to run good biz and build long term relationship with customers. They have all kinds of products and many different choices of brand, very reasonable price. Especially, they do their best and willing to go extra miles to help you and make sure you get the best services and experience. I wish you the best and the best for your biz and definitely highly recommended for all my friends. My new fav smoke shop in the area.

This shop is now my favorite go-to! They open early and close late. They carry the brands I love, and they’re always introducing me to what’s new. The products are legit. I don’t worry that I’m taking home a lookalike product. The staff is always friendly and helpful. They also have a huge selection of foreign munchies (snacks) made by our favorite brands (Oreos, Lays, etc). The flavors are wild! Stop by and say hi to Sonny, and you’ll have yourself a new friend. Great shop, great people, great products!

This is the fourth time that I've bought fake and faulty vapes from this store. They are close to my house I thought it was my bad luck but now I know, that all they have are nicely designed knockoffs with God knows what in them. The nicotine vapes break within 24 hours because they aren't real. The d8 pens will not even burn anything but cotton. This is the kind of store people warn you about with counterfeits.
