I was treated rudely and disrespectfully. I have a bad back and mental health issues. They have my medicine. I bought from them plenty of times and to be treated so rudely for no reason was out of line. I was accused of asking for money when I was asking them to sponsor me. I'm an aspiring comic and I wasn't asking for a hand out I was asking for a business partner. That's what's wrong with the world people don't care about anyone but themselves. My mom trusted them with her card info. Don't think they will do anything with it but now I wouldn't put it past them. They lost a loyal customer today. They probably have no room for any of that. Hope this helps. You can get kratom and kava online cheaper. Amazon has kava. Amazing botanicals has kratom. I want to make something clear the red head and the coin guy are the rude ones. WDB is the bomb. Been a customer for over 6 years. Most consistent product I've ever found. Best selection of cool, novel products. I moved all the way across the country and WDB is still the only place I'll buy from. My only complaint is the inventory on their website does not match everything that's available in the store. Also wish I could still earn points on my online purchases. A shining example of a business doing things the right way in an industry fraught with frauds.

I've been going here for a few years to buy my supplies and the staff are ALWAYS friendly, helpful and genuinely nice people. I've even bought quite a few pieces of silver to add to my collection from their silver business. They have an excellent rewards program that I have yet to see matched anywhere. Even though there are places closer to me, I will go out of my way to give my business to companies like WDB. They know how good customer service works. Their products are the best I have tried.
