Great place. Great customer service and great products! Makes me feel welcome every time I go in!! Never had issue with any of their sold products. The prices are also unbeatable. Been going here for a few months now for all type of products; from glass to vapes, to Black and Milds and so on!!

I purchased two pods and some juice for my vape yesterday 4/13 and the customer service was good as both staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when I got home I opened the box the juice was in and noticed it has an exp date of 04/09/23. Honestly thought no problem just a mistake on their part and I’ll go exchange it for one that isn’t expired. So today I went to get it exchanged and the lady who was working there (different than yesterday) said it should be fine and that they don’t do exchanges or refunds. Everything I’ve seen online says it won’t kill me but the flavor and nicotine levels won’t be the same. I don’t understand why any place would charge you full price ($19.99 for 30ML) for product that will not be as good and tell you after you buy it you’re SOL. Now I’m out $20 bucks. I won’t be coming back if this is the standard y’all keep. Just do yourself a favor if you’re checking this place out and double check the exp if you want something not expired.

Be careful when purchasing their products based on the label because when I went back in with a question on mine was answered aggressively as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I proceeded to tell him what I had googled and he replied with “so what, you believe google instead of me” and I informed him no I went to the exact website “printed” on their label. Which I believe to be a fake website due to the fact it redirects you to misleading information. Either they are selling products which are not what they are or “which is what I think” the person working from them is misleading their customers and stealing the money because this man sold to me twice, with no receipt, no cash register transaction, and no change and was able to drop the price in 2seconds to as much as 50% off. Be careful what your buying and from who.
