Stopped in on a last minute. Told Bob (New Owner) that I was looking for a new Mod, tired of the disposable vapes and he was extremely helpful, Picking out products, and professional. I will most definitely be back for more juice. Come check his shop out.

I've stopped in a few times and every time it's a pleasant experience. Staff is very friendly and informative. A lot of times when I stop into a vape shop o feel rushed and I dont get that here with these guys. Great selection of juice tanks mods whatever you desire and everything is very reasonably priced and every time I've been there (maybe 3) they always have a sale or deal! All around awesome I highly recommend them.

They won't make it right if they sell you a defective product, even if they are already aware the product is defective, they won't even warn you that the product is defective. I called Chris back less than 24 hours of him selling me a "dud", in his words. He refused to return or at least credit me back for the coil he THINKS may be the problem do I can purchase at another store. Didn't budge to compromise at all. Highly disappointed. I've been here a few times but won't be going back. I'll be disputing the charge bank since that's the only other solution to get my money back.

Horrible place I spent 52.00 dollars on vape juice there one was good but the other which was recommended by an employee turned out to be awful. So my wife called to let them know and ask if she could get a refund or exchange for another they said we would have to talk to manager. The great thing about that is manager only works 2 days a week must be nice by the way. So she finally went into the store to talk to manager and have them call her. So manager says no exchange but they could give us 15 % off next purchase. So she asked them to taste it some douchbag that works there put it on his hand and licked it and says taste fine to me. Will never go back and I know a lot of people that won’t be spending money there anymore because of this so you not giving me my 25.00 dollars back just cost you thousands have a great day.

Awful service, the employer didn't know which coils I needed and sold ne the wrong coils. Then followed up that statement with he could not do a return. I was given the number for the manager and contacted her and now have to wait over 2 days to get a return due to a uneducated employee. I don't recommend this store and will not be returning aside to aquire my refund. Do yourself a favor and go to Altsmoke.
