Went for the first time as we recently moved and needed a new dispensary. Was refused service by an old dude and told my Canadian drivers license is "not a valid ID in the United States and Washington". What? I even had my Canadian Citizenship ID, numerous credit cards and still refused. According to Washington State Department he is incorrect. Been to numerous dispensaries and haven't had a problem because they have a scanner and black lights to check IDs. Not to mention their products are completely overpriced compared to all other dispensaries. Not going to come back.

I went with my husband and I didn't appreciate how I was treated. Snooty young kids working there that don't have any. Customer service skills at all. They all had a attitude that should have been left at the front door. And I don't even smoke. I will never go back there.

Very disappointed honestly. They only accept horizontal IDs. You can literally just buy a id scanner. It’s not that hard yall. And the entrance made absolutely no sense as well. If I could give them a zero I would for sure.

Everyone was super helpful and knowledgeable. I love that you can see what you have previously purchased, making it easier for staff to narrow down preferences.

Previously I had a 5 star review of this location and have been going there for years now, unfortunately I had to remove it. Are the staff entirely unprofessional, yes 100% and while its a rec shop its still a business, but the most recent gal was super nice which is the reason you got 2 stars instead of one... I seriously wonder if the management even goes into other shops and Checks out their prices, because this place is constantly almost double the price that everyone else is selling the same product for, case in point... I buy blazed brand to make bubble hash regularly for 34 dollars an ounce... this place on sale is 56... it's cheap garbage bud that's really only at its best for cooking or making concentrates... there are shops selling 18 dollar ounces real close by, that are better than what this shops $100+ ounces are. It's time for a makeover and likely new ownership, the only people still coming here regularly haven't realized that literally everyone else is cheaper, and selling the same brands and pakages... and good deals as I see posted on comments here are a joke when all the shops around you are doing 30-50% off daily and their starting point price is lower, plus dont make you buy multiple items to get it and because of it moving 100x the product. I'll still stop by when I'm in a pinch bc it's across the road, but I'll also glady drive anywhere else like zips if I have the time. It's sad, the downfall of this shop is the owners and management's direct fault for terrible service most of the time and high prices, but it's clear their isn't much business sense in the leadership team ... atleast when Ron was there you got good service every time. As well most of the time the recommendations are terrible. If the shop gets better I'll change my review, but won't do it until they make actual changes and get their act together because I'd love to love this place again.
