Mud Bay

I came in hoping for advice regarding a health issue for my cat. The staff was genuinely caring, compassionate, exceedingly helpful and surprisingly knowledgeable. I have been buying all my cat food and supplies at Mud Bay for years, and I am more committted than ever to support this shop.

Super friendly staff! I have been shopping there since I got my puppy, Charlie, at 2 months old and he just loves everyone there. I used to think they were super expensive. But when I started shopping around for items of equivalent quality, their prices are quite good. I have an excitable pup. They never come up to him without permission or talk to him in a squeaky voice, which makes him get out of hand very quickly.

The staff here are amazing. Another customer was harassing in the store and the staff quickly came to my aid and informed the customer that he is no longer welcome in the store. I'm glad to see Mud bay cares about the comfort and safety of their customers. If I could give them more stars I would.

This is my favorite pet store, and I feel I've tried them all! Good variety of minimal ingredient food options with competitive prices. Also, they return all items. I've never had any issues when my picky pet doesn't like something, and I want to return or exchange.

My very first time in here ..was AMAZING, customer service was excellent they came to me, the store IS CLEANER THAN A HUMAN FOOD STORE, no joke, I love this place going to go back when I have more time. Thank you for the coupon for five dollars off in the welcoming card you gave me. I looked pretty bad I had just got out of the ER and the ladies in there treated me like I was going to spend a million dollars (if I had I would have). Thank you for treating me well I can't wait to introduce you to my fur babies, Little Girl and Poppy. They been open since 1988.
