Efia the woman working at the tacoma location who helped me with my doodle was amazing!!! she fitted him with a harness walked us around the store showed us all the products and answered all my questions !! She was super knowledgeable with everything! I had a horrible experience at a local pet store in my hometown it was a huge let down after we had just gotten a new puppy and was purchasing everything brand new. I’m grateful for LDO and the woman who had the best customer service definitely coming back!!

Very friendly and helpful staff. My 12 year old dog loved sniffing his way through the store and convincing the employees he needed 17 treats. I bought a cooling mat and he seems to like it so far.

Lucky dog outfitters is the best place to visit for your four legged friends. They have samples for you to try if you are trying to find the right food for your dog or cat that is particular about what they will eat. Have been a customer since they opened.

The staff here are amazing, and the prices are usually less than if I were to order online. They have even special ordered a ruffwear lifevest for me!

The toys from here last long and have a good feel. I really like the soda can and lollipop toys they are the best.
