Super Supplements

The shop says it opens at 9:30 am. The manager (I’m assuming) showed up at 9:35 and said it would be a few minutes. At 9:56 still closed, no communication saying it would be longer. We left. Along with about 4 other customers. I know personally I was on my way to gym and have things to do. BAD customer service!!

This location has been closed early everyday for the last 2 weeks. A poorly run business does not deserve to stay afloat… I personally spend about $150 a month at this location. Not anymore…

I used to come to this store all the time, but now the employees can’t even be bothered to know how the store is organized or what anything is. There’s trash everywhere and nothing is stocked. Ever since Megan left this place has seriously gone downhill.

I am never greeted. I keep giving this location on Colby another chance but the customer service is just not there. The manager Justin is very rude and talks down to people. I feel like a burden asking for help. I will stay at Everett Mall way where the staff is joyful, kind and always so helpful.

October 11, 2024, Wednesday 8 PM I came to this place for a quick visit, looking for a nutritional supplement. The store attendant asked if I needed assistance, I told him no and continued reviewing the aisles. I could not find the item I needed and, on the way, out the door I muttered “I did not find what I wanted and need to look online”. I found my nutritional supplement on a different company web site.” February 29, 2024, Thursday 3:45 PM I entered this store looking for a nutritional supplement. The store attendant said nothing, I continued looking through the aisles picked the items I needed and put them on the counter and said please ring me up. The store attendant recognized me and reminded me that months in the past I left the store muttering something. He insisted that he wanted to know exactly what I had said. I told I did not recall and by this time he came from behind the counter and confronted me face to face. I told him “You are threatening me need to stop immediately”. He argued with me and said he was a law student and told me to leave the store immediately and by this time another store attendant approached me and told me to get out/leave the store. I left the merchandise on the counter and left the store. Poor customer service. Customers should not be threatened, and store attendants need customer service training.
