Charlie is the absolute best. We’ve been coming here since we moved to the neighborhood. Products are quality and his customer service is incredible. Even when we move out of this neighborhood I’ll still make the trek over here.

BUYER BEWARE: FAKE VAPE JUICE! The one on the right I bought off of the official baton website and the one on the left I bought in store here. Not only did it not taste right but there’s so many obvious indications that the one on the left is fake. -printing on the label is slightly blurry and doesn’t list the baton website (major red flag) -the sticker for the label is crooked -the date & nicotine percentage on the bottom is crooked and not legible Definitely won’t be coming back and extremely upset that I was putting god knows what into my body. I’m not interested in a refund or even a response from this merchant just wish he would have some human decency🙄

Seemed like a nice guy at the register but he sold me a knock off vape. Won’t return. The one on the right is from there. First couple drags were ok then it tasted awful 😞

i have bought 3 different smoking accessories in the past few months from this smoke shop as it's the closest to my apartment. All 3 have broken completely within 1 day of having them. 2 yocan concentrate vapes and 1 butane torch all have completely broken within 24 hours. One of the yocans I returned and was given a new one just for that new one to also break the same exact night. The torch worked fine until i went to refill it and realized the hole to refill it is completely bent shut. One of the other torches the man at the counter was showing me broke as he was demonstrating how it works, he then proceeded to put it back on the shelf. I dont understand how you can have so many faulty products. Nicotine products are probably fine but dont come here for anything else.

I've been going there for awhile and they are always friendly and they always inform me of new vapes they have in or there getting in and there a reasonably priced. I've never had any issues with the vapes and if I did the owner said to bring it back and he would replace it. I'll continue to go there as long as I'm in the area.
