This was a great place to stop! They were very knowledgeable and helpful finding exactly everything we could want. Big plus, SUPER easy to get to off the freeway and park at. (This seems to be an issue around here)

My experience with Emerald Fields has been disappointing. Despite joining their loyalty program with the promise of discounts and exclusive promotions, I've encountered numerous letdowns. Firstly, the terms of the loyalty program are vague regarding when I could redeem points alongside ongoing deals. This lack of clarity left me frustrated when I tried to use my points, only to be denied due to a current promotion. Furthermore, the exclusive promotions promised upon sign-up have yet to materialize. Instead, the only "reward" I received was a scratch-off card on 420, offering expired joints. Adding insult to injury, Emerald Fields recently introduced a new product I've grown fond of, only to ship it off to another store despite my loyalty. This inconsistency in inventory management is particularly frustrating, especially when the alternative products are dry and crumbly. What's more, my attempts to seek clarification through email have been met with silence. It's disheartening to see such a lack of communication and customer service from a company I once trusted. Due to these ongoing issues, I have no choice but to take my business elsewhere. I implore Emerald Fields to promptly address these issues, rectify their shortcomings, and uphold the promises they've made to their customers. Transparency and accountability are crucial in maintaining customer trust and loyalty.

I love this place. But people make a place. This company would be nothing without its employees. Addis is the man I really like him. Also enjoy all the other people like Kaylen and Ashley. They have created a loyal customer out of me. I think corporations easily lose sight of their average customer. That’s me. With these employees staffing this location, they have made me feel valued. I will always be coming here unless these people stop working here. The people make the place. I wish corporate could read this and give them all a raise.
