Sam’s smoke shop

Excellent store, found everything I was looking for. Every time I go they have excellent customer service, especially the girl named Ana. they have attractive prices and everything is very cheap and of good quality.

I enjoy shopping at these stores but then again only when the handsome Arabian men are hard at working . Hope that didn't sound racist I'm just Christian and want to convert my ex husbands rich family the kids and everyone else after visiting such a place thanks be. Hope more of the male can start working though.... buuut i'll travel and am willing but I like their bongs.., wrkschedules ,when they actually answer businss inquiry calls. Anyways gas stations need these stores and the owners near em it's faster for me to pull up on rather than the whole plaza lot suite c thing but it's worth it keep doing yals thing I'll keep calling, I mean stopping by I think yals phone is disconnected but I love the quality of this storesitems I'll buy them one if needed. Good day :) but don't forget I'm the #1 customer in SMOKE SHOP 10 STARS!!!!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I am deeply disheartened to share my recent experience at Sam's Smoke Shop, which was nothing short of a nightmare. Upon my visit, I purchased a vape, only to discover it was defective right out of the box. Naturally, I returned the very next day, hoping for a simple exchange or refund. The same employee who sold me the device was there. However, her response was astonishingly dismissive. She refused to honor a refund or exchange because it was "the next day," completely disregarding the fact that the product was faulty from the start. The situation took a turn for the worse when she had the audacity to offer me a mere $5 discount on the purchase of another vape. This solution was not only insulting but also completely missed the mark of addressing the issue at hand. When I voiced my frustration, her retort was a passive "I just work here." This apathetic attitude speaks volumes about the ownership and the store's lack of responsibility towards its customers. Moreover, upon closer inspection, the reviews for Sam's Smoke Shop seem suspiciously uniform and overly positive, leading me to question their authenticity. It appears they might be either purchased or artificially manufactured, which is a red flag for any discerning customer. This experience has unequivocally determined my decision to never patronize Sam's Smoke Shop again. Their disregard for customer satisfaction, coupled with a possible manipulation of reviews, is unacceptable. I urge potential customers to be wary of this establishment and consider their options carefully before making a purchase. A store that not only sells defective products but also refuses to stand by them is not deserving of your time or money.

Amazing customer service, great prices and a friendly atmosphere. A bit of of the way, but worth the drive.
