Awesome place always very helpful and attentive large variety from vapes juices and tobacco and for the first time I decided to check out a few different vape stores in area before coming to this one and didn’t find the buy one get deal like I would at vape smoke so it’s much recommended ima creature of habit and just kept coming back to the first place I went to and even tho I cheated today and stopped at a few different place I still ended back so don’t think twice swing by and get what you need . VAPESMOKE 5stars from me and no I’m not one of them leaving a review I live a few hours away and come out here like the rest of you cause I can’t get anywhere close to home so take the time to check this place out yet again my go to. Thanks for always helping me out

0 STARS! DO NOT GO HERE! They sold about $200 worth of defective vapes to my nieces and refused to refund the purchases. The owner while yelling and screaming told us that he has no obligation to take back or refund for defective products. He openly admitted this is how he does business. Very obvious they're running a giant scam. DO NOT GO HERE!

Place has it all, friendly staff and vast know how of all types of smoking devices with most products under one roof. They were precisely what i was looking for all in one. Selective to great value with most others around and great customer support 10/10

I’ve Been coming to this store since it first opened. It’s always been guaranteed the lowest prices on vape juice even from stores literally a stones throw away. They survived this long thru the host of tightened restrictions on sales, Covid (thus far-thankfully) and that speaks volumes in the vape store world. Outside of the pandemic, It’s cut throat in the vape industry and many stores don’t last long. I’m happy to be a customer and to leave this review compelling my fellow vape enthusiasts, or others who enjoy hookah , and smokers OF ALL KINDS 😉 come to Salem Vape &Smoke for all your needs!

I bought 10 vapes. All were expired or dead. They let me return them as a 1 time thing however before I haggled them to return the product, it was a fight until the owner finally let them. (Tried getting me to buy something else first). Then I come back tonight to give them another shot and bought 2 bottles of vape juice…get home open them up and both expired…1 in the beginning of 2024 and the other in the beginning of 2023…what??? That shouldn’t even be sold. This vape shop is terrible. Don’t even come here if it was the last one on earth. Awful people sadly. I normally don’t write reviews but this was unacceptable by far. Save your money and who knows the health risks from buying at this awful shop of fake and expired products. They are pushy and rude. This is the short story too. I will update this review if they sort this out with a refund/exchange. Otherwise I won’t be removing or editing this review. Thanks
