What a great experience with a knowledgeable sales associate. I have specific dietary needs and they were definitely met with the proper ingredients with products that work for my restrictions. The associate made sure to be thorough, help me select the right products and spent time making me feel like it was on the right path to my fitness goals with what I purchased. I’ve had a great experience with my purchase and the full experience .

Staff is very kind and helpful. Staff is also knowledgeable of the products and are good at providing information to help you find what you need. Store is clean and organized. I have been into the shepherdsville location over a handful of times now and because of the things mentioned I will continue to be a customer. Thanks for providing a place for everyone to go to for their nutritional needs.

Stopped by this business today looking for Mullein plant extract, but unfortunately they don't carry it. They have a nice clean shop with a lot of inventory, just not what I was after today! It looks like they a lot of great health and fitness supplements. The lady was friendly and gave me a couple of suggestions!

Thought I was getting a good Black Friday deal instead I got a “final sale clearance item”. A clearance item that expired in 5 days but has 30 servings. (I also bought 2 large jugs of protein, from the same table, that have not expired.) Opened up the pre-work out and it was already rock hard. Next Level ask for your phone number so they can text you weekly asking how they can help. I asked for help on this and they basically said tough luck “put it in a freezer”.

I started working out again in February and was using protein powder from Walmart. I tend to never create a good workout routine that lasts for me, so I wanted my investment to be small. I have since embraced consistent training as part of my lifestyle and love it, therefore I wanted better products. I tend to have issues with bloating with protein and needed something a little different than I was using before. I went to Next Level for advice on a gut friendly product.They were very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions and suggested a great product that is working for me. Highly recommend this place to anyone. I will definitely be a repeat customer.
