the owner who is responsible for the sales of this buisiness instructed employees to scan individual packs bar code instead of the cartons bar code which results in price gouging. Pursuant to Arkansas statute s26-57-235(d)(2) and the 4.2 rules of arkansas tobacco control the owner (s) of this buisiness is in violation of price gouging. Furthermore, an employee who refused to break the law and steal from innocent customers was fired and i hope that person can be found so she can lawfully seek damages to life and liberty.
