Glass City

They weren’t open at 10am on a Saturday like they are supposed to be. The manager walked up at 10:58am and I asked if they were open now. He said “not yet” and I said “I have a question”, he ignored me, and he closed the door in my face and locked it behind him. Definitely will be letting him know that this isn’t how you handle business. I will not be shopping here and unfortunately this was my first time stopping by Glass City.

The store was dope! Super cool presentation, and Taylor provided friendly, helpful, and cool vibes.

This shop doesn't allow service animals inside and doesn't understand what being in customer service means. Sure the customer may not always be right but as a business that relies on customers, respect goes a long way. Not sure what the issue is because I'd imagine they'd have plenty of access to smoke a bowl and be happy or at least able to be courteous to clients...

Jennifer was thorough with helping us select cones out of the variety provided by Glass City. Great recommendations and great vibes! Definitely coming back because of all her work. It's evident she's an amazing employee.

Jennifer was a great help picking out wraps and cones with their large selection. We enjoyed our conversation and interaction and her personality made it a joy to visit Glass City!!!!
