This was a 5-star review because I have always found everyone at this chain of stores extremely helpful. However I called to ask if they sold a specific brand of juice here and was told they are not allowed to discuss items they may or may not have in store. This makes no sense to me, unless this is one of those dumb back-woods laws… If someone proves this is the case, I’ll update this review… But if this is some ridiculous policy made by the company or store… Shame on you. I already drive 30 minutes just to shop here when there are a dozen other vape shops within a 5 minute drive from me. I’m not making that drive again only to find out what I’m looking to buy isn’t sold there.

It’s 9:37 am in the morning the sign on the door says open 9am -9pm. This was my second attempt of showing up to purchase nicotine and nobody was there. If you aren’t going to open the store at 9am maybe change your signs to the correct time. Showing false advertisement is wrong on your end. Have a great day

I was helped by Zane and David getting into the world of vaping. They were both extremely helpful for helping me find a vape setup as a first time customer on my efforts for quitting smoking. They were very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Vapor World, and asking for either Zane or for David to help you.

This would have been a five star review if it weren’t for David. When I walked Zane immediately stood up and greeted me with the most professional customer service. He continued to help me throughout my visit to the store while David remained seated in the back. (Now I’ve been shopping at this specific store for four years now and know that as soon as customer walks in all employees are to stand and someone greet them). A few minutes into being there another customer walked in and at that point David stood up and greeted them. While his greeting was great, the rest of his customer service was a little harsh, at least from a third party standpoint. Two ladies walked in and were looking for a vape device. Specifically she said that she was looking for a vape device she could put juice in. David proceeded to ask “well do you even know what you’re wanting?” And the lady stated again she was just looking for a vape and some zero nic juice due to having to stop smoking so many days before (and then I didn’t catch the rest of what she was saying). David proceeded to turn around and and say “well clearly we have a whole wall of those so what exactly are you wanting”. I completed my transaction with Zane, who again was a lovely lovely person to work with and had the best customer service, and as I was walking out David turned and goes “Zane do a price check on these”. Coming from a customer service background I had to leave before my mouth got the best of me because from a complete third party standpoint I would’ve corrected him first thing if I was the customer he was working with. If you don’t like working with people or can’t fulfill a customer service role, then don’t work in customer service. An attitude like David’s is what turns business away. Employees like Zane are what keep customers coming back.

Second time here..
They carry the disposable vapes I enjoy. They also have a few brands iv never tried yet. Both times different workers and both times they all was friendly and helpful. Thanks!
