Vapor Up

Complete and total rip-off product (though the people are always nice, though grossly underpaid at $10.00/hr). I have burned through so many of their e-cigs I've lost count. The lithium battery doesn't last and I think it's engineered that way because the lithium battery in my cordless drill lasts for years w/o a recharge. There are better ways to vape. Again, love the people, hate the product. Never going back to Vapor Up or Green Smoke.

Been a customer between 6 &7 years. Product is not consistent. When you bring to Kara's attention, instead of taking faulty product back and replacing with the product that was originally suppose to be purchased. She gets offensive, argumentative, wants to talk over you, because one is questioning there business/ customer service policy. On top of that ALWAYS out of product.... Its a shame Vapor Up is going down hill. They had a great product.

Love the staff and owner's! I've been to three stores... Blue Springs, Independence and Warrensburg. My only gripe is that when they run out of product, it is out for WAY too long! ie: Mocca Latte 18, Grape 18. Haven't had Grape for so long I can't remember the last time I was able to buy it. Prices just went up a dollar a pack of cartridges so I am HOPEFUL they will be able to get enough stock in and KEEP it in stock! They've been in business long enough to know their buying trends and our favorites! Please, Please order early so you don't run out. I don't want to go somewhere else or use another product. I love you guy's, please keep product stocked all year around. Waiting for MONTHS is NOT cool! Thank you for all of the great year's! :-)

I am a long time Vapor Up customer and there is good reason for that. I love the product and the customer service is the absolute best. I do business both at the Waldo location and Blue Springs. They are fantastic to do business with.

This is a great place for people wanting to quit smoking or who vape for the nicotine. They don't have too much of the high power devices for big clouds, but they have plenty of supplies and a good selection of 24mg juice. The store is always clean and welcoming and the employees are extremely nice and helpful.
