Usually a great shop. Sign says 24 hours, big neon sign flashing the word open is on, doors are locked. If you're going to flake on your job at least close down your open sign.

The people here are very nice. They are pretty quick to help you and they I are fairly knowledgeable about their products. That said they have products there that you become physically dependent on. And they don't do a great job of keeping them in stock. So I think that whoever is doing the ordering for the store needs to do a better job of inventory so that they can keep everything in stock that they carry. Because if it weren't for my not being able to get what I need often I would give it five stars

Used to like this store..... Went in today to buy some coils. Saw the mystery bags that they have everywhere. I have seen these all time but never bought one. Today I decided to pull the trigger and buy one for 49.99. The bag says up to $299+ retail value. This sounds like a great deal. Got to the house and opened up the bag. It was loaded with alot of stuff 5 disposables,5 bottles of juice, outher smoking devices. I was amazed at the quality of items. After looking closer at all the juices and disposables all were expired. One of the bottles of juice was from 2016,some were so old the tag was unreadable. I thought damn this sucks , so I called the shop and was told basically this is the risk you take there is nothing we can do. So I guess byer beware!!! I paid them 49.99 to throw away their trash. You got me vapor maven this time but never again I will be doing my business with companies that care more for their customers!!!! Have the day you deserve vapor maven

I came in for the first time and was a great experience, came in second time last night and the lady working helped me out a lot. Only complaint is I bought a mystery bag for 49.99 and some.of the juices are going to expire before I can even use them. A disposable vape was not able to be used because it was leaking in package. I called.and the gentleman who answered the phone said that they won't replace it because of it being in a mystery bag and you get what you get. I'm so beside myself that they won't fix it. Anyway other than that I will return when I need something.

I just wanted to give my hats off to John and Nicole. They really know how to treat their customers with making them feel like they are always taken care of and always very very courteous and respectful. You better keep these two because they are very good at what they do and I think they both need a raise. Thanks again for all you guys do to go out of your way to make sure the customers are happy. Awesome awesome job! It is very hard to fine employees like these two!
