I call the store to ask a question about an edible they might sell and on the other side of the phone I was met with silence until I said “Hello??” The woman responds with “Yeah?”. No phone etiquette. I instantly hung up. Bad first impression, and hopefully their in store customer service doesn’t match that.

I haven't left a review in years. But I felt compelled to let people know they should shop somewhere else. I encountered an extremely rude staff member who actually flexed on me 😅🤣.

Great products with amazing help from the staff. Amazing outlet for THC products. If you're curious please ask the great staff as they can guide a variety of shopper's THC wants & needs. Highly recommended for experienced and newbies to the world of cannabis culture.

**BEWARE FELLOW TOURISTS** First night in Minneapolis, walking around and i stumble across this THC Joint so I’m like all right cannabis time.Said this was my first time in the place, asked what I had to do, so she checked my PR license(I’m a tourist from Puerto Rico). Said I was looking for infused pre-rolls and bought $60 of diamond infused indica(3- 2 packs). After paying, I carefully read the label and it says “hemp” in small letters. So I ask her and she said “you will not find a recreational dispensary until 2025 and that you should have read better and the products are non-refundable, sorry”. Now, I’m out $60 dollars and stuck with some whack ah hemp pre-rolls that don't even burn right. Orange haired girl should not be in any sort of customer service job, just TURRIBLE SERVICE.I clearly looked like a tourist so these are things you should tell your customers. Seems this place is a money grab for the unaware. If you are looking to buy smoking paraphernalia though, go for it. EDIT: Owner reached out to issue a refund months ago, but it never happened.

Didnt even go in because staff were rude on the phone. I called to ask some questions because I’m out of state and wanted to get more info. Answered super short with no effort to be nice. I get it retail jobs are daunting but answering the phone is not. Takes no effort to be nice. Will not be going in.
