Bath & Body Works

This Bath & Body Works does such a great job. There is ALWAYS someone at the front door greeting you with a bag ready for you to fill it up with goodies ;) The store is always very clean and extremely organized. It's easy to shop in the store or shop online and pick it up. I've never had to wait longer than a minute to pick up my order when I've shopped online. Great store!!

I used to love coming to this store but nowadays, the customer service is so poor. Went in to return some stuff and Laura assisted me at the register and from the beginning, she was just very rude. Very short with the answers and didn’t even bother to scan my coupon and gave some bad excuses as to why she can’t take the coupon. I’d rather just drive the distance to go to another store than to deal with her.

Staff were extremely helpful with the deals they had going on during my trip. I purchased everything I needed and then some and got some good discounts with the deals. I am sad to see some of the summer scents go because I'm not ready to grasp onto the idea that summer is ending but their fall scents were fabulous as usual.

I have been going to this location for years, but lately I'm the point that I'm done shopping here and a few other people I know are feeling the same way due to the customer service. I understand that prices are going up everywhere, so that is not the reason why I'm done shopping at Bath & Body Works, it's the service I receive at this location. I have been "helped" by the same person at check out the last 2 times of coming here and the first time I thought maybe she was having a bad day (Everyone has them) so I let it go. I returned yesterday and I was waiting in line patiently, there was an older woman and her adult daughter in front of me. Both ladies told me I could go ahead of them because I had two items and they had a full bag. I said it was fine, I could wait, I wasn't in a hurry, but the older woman insisted that I went before them. The cashier refused to help me, said she would help the other ladies first since they had been waiting. Which I was completely fine waiting, but to refuse me service because they told me to go in front of them was unacceptable. Another worker behind the counter actually jumped on a register because the lady would not help me, so I went to the other lady that opened up the register and I heard the other cashier saying "you were here first, she can wait" Which I completely understand if I was budging in front of them, but they OFFERED and INSISTED that I go in front of them. Very poor customer service. I shop at this location at least every 2 weeks, but I refuse to spend money at a business that treat their customers this way. The lady that does the main check out on Thursdays around noon needs training on customer service or put her in a position that she doesn't need to interact with customers!

Lovely atmosphere. Everything was organized very nicely and the store was kept clean. The staff were really helpful and guided guests towards what they were looking for.
