I've been coming to this store since it opened at this location. They've got a good selection and the prices are good. I've seen a lot of employees come and go from this store, but Mike is by far the best. His customer service is always 100%, he makes you feel welcomed and like a friend. If he isn't managing that store yet, he needs to be. Talent like his doesn't come along often.
Side note, stock more heisenberg menthol 3mg. It's usually sold out which should be a clear sign that it's popular. Keep up the great work Mike.

Don't buy from here, aside from the guy Mike who's works here.
This place suxx. Owner doesn't do returns on vape juice even new seal is broken but no juice is gone , couldn't even swap for a different juice. No budge.. bad ownership .
If it's not me it'll just be the next person he'll lose customers fast . Stick to disposables at least then it won't be your fault.
You need to do a quality check and control.

Typically have a good experience in this store. Discount card says take 20% on fifth visit with punch card. The girl working said it’s 20% on the 6th visit. I have always got the discount on the 5th visit. Maybe you should inform ALL your employees of the policy so everyone is on the same page. Not good business and I have been a loyal customer for a few years. I will now have to reconsider shopping here.

Overpriced items.
Doesn't seem to care about employee's & customer's wellbeing. Music is always too loud, I shouldn't have to yell when buying something.
It looks like he's opening too many shops too quickly, all he wants is money.
The POS is hardly working right and they've been saying they'll fix it for months now, they keep telling me items won't scan or something.
I could go on about more issues I've seen but I will leave it here respectfully.
Please work on your customer service and business practices.
