This dude is the coolest vape shop owner I have ever met. Super chill and laid back. He's the only shop that I know of, that is willing to open a 4/5 pack of coils/disposable pods and give you the amount you want. Every other shop I've been to has told me they don't sell singles or isn't willing to sell me just 1.😤🙄

I've been here 10 or so times and have always left happy. Good selection, fair prices, and fast & friendly service.

Well this is my first and last time shopping here. When I walked in I wasn’t greeted, the man working just stared as if to say “what do you want?” It was obvious he was not in a mood to be dealing with customers. I bought two vapes, no conversation during the transaction. I had never been here before, and different stores have different policies so I stepped right outside to try the vapes because I thought that was the courteous thing to do. One didn’t work so I stepped back in. The man working was immediately on the attack because I tried it outside and not inside. I told him he never told me that was the policy. I wasn’t trying to pull one over on him but I also wasn’t trying to waste $25. He was very heated but said he would replace it this one time, which I’m grateful for, but the abrasive attitude I received was quite shocking and unwarranted. When you have a lot of competition in the area, maybe you should keep your customer service top tier. He made me feel like a criminal. What a miserable jerk.

I have consitiantly tried to call the buisness to ask about product 3 times within the last 2 days) and cannot seem to get anyone on the phone, or get a phone line busy.
