They open an hour late and close an hour early even if business hours are updated. But when they are open its a nice place

A really good little gift shop and wonderful people that work there, they not rude to you or anything and actually help you out if you need help and they explain things to you and answer any questions that you might ask them with out getting mad

Been a loyal customer since they opened then the lady with a accent became spontaneously very rude. When I spoke with her a month later she denied the outburst. There are far to many cheaper options available so......, no longer a customer. After reading your response I see several problems, firstly there were two customers that day. Secondly I have never taken 30 minutes making a decision and lastly your understanding of customer service is equivalent to your rudimentary English.

Unfortunately you are getting one star because of the building owner, I will not be returning due to his unprofessionalism. If 0 stars were available you'd be getting that. I will NEVER return to your shop as long as you operate out of the Tufted Puffin building.
