Purchased a water pipe from this store and not even a month later the neck of the water pipe snaps in my hands out of nowhere. I paid 55$ for a water pipe that I've used maybe 5 times. It didn't fall, or anything, it just cleanly snapped. I called the store and they said I would recieve no compensation for the faulty piece. I've shopped often at this place in the past, but after this I'm done going there. Absolutely terrible customer service.

Be careful in here ladies. A lot of unwanted advances from the men behind the counter, who will certainly not take the hint you’re not interested. No shame at all for these employees.

I bought products from them when i go back to buy the same product they raised the price then accused me of lying when i called them out on it. Used them because they were close but they won't get anymore business from me.
