Austin is always so helpful! Dudes customer service is out of control, his desire to ensure the customers needs are met can be noted in his level of care. He is patient, diligent, and really has a friendly nonchalant confident personality! He is def good for business and customer retention. He’s one of the only reasons I shop at this Franchise! He gives you all a good reputation in my book! Give him a raise or a promotion please! 🙏🏾

I am very disappointed in one of the products, Knockout Sour Belts, that looks like in the pictures, after I separated the big melted mess into some 10 pieces, so it’s hard to figure out 1/4 of it, as per directions, and without an expiration date. They refused to refund me the money for this mess, because “SALES ARE FINAL” no matter the quality of their products😡 I strongly do not recommend this!!

So I worked at that Five Below and that’s how I came about this location. What a great crew in this store, no matter who it is , I usually see Sam , she is always helpful and patient while I decide what I want. Don’t forget about a beverage also, who doesn’t love a free beverage. High praise also to the owner for allowing them to offer better deals. We love to save money 💰… I strongly suggest stopping by if your in the neighborhood.

Sam & Corey were awesome. Attentive & knowledgable about the products in their store. Not only that, they have complimentary (cold) drinks for customers! Prices are fair/competitive & it looks like they do BOGO deals as well. 10/10 would recommend.
