THEY SOLD ME EXPIRED GUMMIES FROM LAST YEAR AND WILL NOT LET ME EXCHANGE...BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK ‼️ I was a loyal customer for over a year since moving to the area and only shopped at this location. Recently, I purchased Delta 8 gummies and to my surprise after opening them at home, found out that the gummies have been expired since last year. I've never had this issue with them, so rather than asking for a refund I went to the store to see if I could exchange the product as I had every intention to continue supporting their business since it appeared to be a mistake. Upon entering the store and informing the employee about what happened, I was immediately told that the store doesn't do any exchanges or refunds. Which I can understand in normal circumstances, but why should I be at fault for you all failing to do your job properly? Will never return and have informed my other friends who I referred to shop at this location not to do so anymore. If you do choose to purchase gummies from here, do so at your own risk or at least make sure you check the bottle before purchasing. I wish I had done my due diligence, but I guess it's my fault for trusting the store to do their job. On top of that, the employee I spoke to that day tried to see if I was interested in giving the expired bottle back to the store while I walked out with nothing, to which I declined. Why would you ask for an expired bottle back when I didn't get the opportunity to exchange the expired bottle I PAID for, for a new one that was not expired? Makes me feel like they were going to try to resell it. I now shop at Bahama Mama off of Bellaire and encourage those looking for a wide selection of gummies to do the same as employees have reassured me that if the store sells expired gummies, they will always exchange or do a refund! Will also look into seeing if I can file a complaint on this location as what they are doing is utterly ridiculous. CHECK YOUR PRODUCTS BEFORE SELLING...ITS NOT HARD.
