They have new amazing management! The new manager is amazing and knowledgeable. Also their selection and variety is huugee! They have many different choices and the staff are knowledgeable, kind, and will explain to you what they recommend and don’t. Also they’re very personable yet professional. One of my favorite smoke shops especially with the new management. Also for the time being due to new management, they’re doing free disposable vapes for every customer until further notice! Recommend this place 10/10. If you’re looking for something, they have it.

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, very unprofessional business. If your item is damaged before 24 hours, the previous owner would accept an exchange. Recently, I had purchased a product that I had tested out in the store, but when I asked for an exchange or refund because the merchandise was damaged, the "owner" refused. Over the years, I have been a loyal customer. I have never experienced such disrespect and the owner yelled at me. NEW MANAGEMENT SUCKS. Purchase items here if you want damaged products.
