I’ve got papers in here three times on my way home and every single time they have sucked so finally, I go to the webpage of the papers they just sold me in these people have been out of business since 2012 so it’s not my imagination they are selling old products that they probably got for pennies on the dollar, meanwhile burning up my expensive tobacco Texas smoke is owned by locals and I haven’t had a problem

Awesome! I bought a vape and didn’t like the flavor of it. Rather than complaining, I just came back and grabbed a new flavor. The guy working asked why I was back so soon and whether I liked the vape I just purchased. I said “honestly, no.” He was kind enough to take off $4 from the total for my replacement vape. THIS is how you keep loyal customers ! Give this guy a raise! He’s awesome.
