Used to enjoy shopping here, but at some time unbeknownst to me and the internet it stopped being 24h. Just drove 25m just to be told over the phone this location isn't 24h anymore. Pathetic that y'all can't at least list your updated hours on the door.

It would be nice if they posted the correct hours, and knew how to work the open/close sign on the front. Sucks, because the workers are all really cool, but half the time I show up it is closed when it is supposed to be open.

Best smoke shop! Every staff member I have met, has been very nice and helpful. The shop is clean, open 24 hours and has an amazing selection and very decent prices. Every item I was told works, works. Love this place! To those who say it isn't open 24 hours and there's a lock box. The lock box is always on the door, but the door isn't locked. There is only 1 employee on duty, so they may have been in the restroom at the time, but they are there.

Decent selection but not 24hrs, make sure you call ahead or they probably won't be there unless it's regular working hours

So since I cant speak to a manager directly I guess it’s going to be through here. I tried exchanging this vape pen for another one because it came out defective. The pen does not charge it stays on the red for hours. I went twice to get an exchange but they say do not offer refunds. I dont want a refund i want a vape pen that works and charges. That being said from a Vet to another DO NOT COME AND SPEND YOUR HARD MONEY ON THIS STORE!!!. There are other smoke shops in the area that WILL exchange a defective product. I will make sure this store loses its 5 star rating because it does not deserve one.
