Jeff continues to do a fantastic job managing the store, ensuring a customer-first experience. - Update: 6/2023: Nothing has changed except the staff. Jeff is DOPE btw! (thx brother!) Aftermath is still the best! Come thru they got you. - Original Review: Ben (the manager) and Taylor (I think) made sure my experience as a first-time customer was nothing less than great. Extremely knowledgeable, welcoming, relatable, genuine, caring, etc...a rarity (sadly) these days. If you're reading this trying to decide if you should come here then let this be the last review you read & simply come to Aftermath. You won't be let down, they will have what you need, and you will get it from someone both knowledgeable & personable. Huge product selection, they take the time to have descriptions of different flavor juices which is extremely rare & ridiculously helpful (who likes paying a lot of money for a flavor they end up not liking? Nobody.) Competitive prices. A clean and modern/organized storefront. To sum it up, from my first phone call asking about a certain product, to me walking out the door with a receipt and a smile from my purchase; I was given the definition of outstanding customer service, above and beyond. They have earned my business and respect for sure.

The customer care is so amazing every time we go in they give us several options not just one that helps with our needs. Plus their customer service personnel is just so wonderful you don't see that anymore and so thankful for everyone at this place

I’m an absolute newbie but that didn’t phase Kelby the Asst mgr at all. He helped me find the smallest most inconspicuous device they had (and they have A LOT of choices) so I was super relieved that he helped me narrow them down in a matter of minutes and taught me how to use it. I’m not a smoker of nicotine or marijuana so I was totally intimidated and super appreciative that he made me feel welcome and not weird at all. The store has everything you need and a ton of samples so I’m excited. It was actually a fun experience. Highly recommend going here!!! — especially if you need or want some advice.

love this place, for the awesome employees. all I've ever bought here is a back shelf item for them, but they are always so great, I would rather dip in here than a gas station or tobacco store.

Absolutely wonderful place. Such helpful staff with a variety of products, so glad they even had some treats for my pup. Thanks to Gia for all her recommendations! Will definitely be back!
