Shane gave excellent customer service. Prices are on the higher side, however there are no tobacco products so that is to be expected. A pure vape shop and beautiful layout. Speaking as someone who used to work at a Vape Shop, this is how to do it right 👍

EDIT #2; This shop has earned the spot of one of my favorite shops in this area, Shane helped me today and he's knowledgeable and integrity bound from talking with him and seeing him help other customers. Top Shelf products and employees. I am very pleased with the price of their 1863 Kratom. I use this shop for my Vape/Juice and 1863 Kratom needs. Highly recommend checking them out. EDIT; 5 Stars across the board! Charlie has helped me twice now, the second time I seen him he had in stock what he told me he would order last time we spoke. Which showed his integrity to me, I was very pleased with the price point of the products I purchased and they are the only place that sells 1863 brand Kratom. Highly Recommend the brand and the shop. Thanks Charlie (Hope I spelled your name correctly) High Quality Vape shop, the guy working (easter Sunday a.m./ I didn't get his name but he deserves a shout out for his kindness/knowledge/helpfulness) was very personable and friendly while being educated and helpful. I was able to find "The Finest Salt Nic juice" there which has been hard to find in Illinois. They carry other Top Shelf juices as well (naked,twist, etc..) They also carry Top Shelf devices, I personally use Uwell CALIBURN devices and have been pleased with the quality of them. They do sell Kratom but have a very small selection, the guy working said he would order the Brand I desired (the reason I stopped there is because the Brand of Kratom I use said they were an Authorized Dealer, 1836 Kratom, specifically the Aristotle's Focus Blend. A blend of Kratom and Beneficial Mushrooms like Reishi, lions mane and others) I look forward to being able to find that in store. Overall I would recommend this shop for Top Shelf Vape needs. Which comes with a Higher Price compared to other Smoke shops. For example, my Juice was $24.99 opposed to $17.99. But I am happy to pay the difference because they actually carry what I look all over for.

Out of all the Artisan chains I’ve been to in the area for some reason, Id rather drive the furthest away from my house to go to this one. The dude that works here is the nicest person ever and he’s always so helpful with recommendations and also patient af with me when I can’t decide what I want. I wish I knew his name but I feel like he’s always the same person everytime I go. Great shop with lots of juices and they always have different varieties of coils for my mod.
