Worst possible customer service I’ve ever experienced. It’s been two weeks since I ordered from them. I have no update on when my product will arrive. Batch won’t reply to my emails, don’t answer their phone, and their voicemail is full so you can’t leave a message. I’m being told by DHL that they have no confirmation of my product being shipped through them and I need to contact the merchant. Well, the merchant wont help! EDIT: Finally received contact from Batch customer service. Order was refunded and new order sent by priority. Amended review from 1-star to 3-stars.

The product itself seems to work; but the balm is very gritty when applying and isn’t smooth at all. Did I just get a bad batch? Very greasy too and hard to wash off your hands.

Great products! The gold reserve tincture and gummies have alleviated all of my back and knee pain! And for something more immediate the fire and ice balm has changed my life! The customer service is great and I always get my products quickly! 10/10 would recommend these products to anyone!

Week, seems this one one of those company's that spends more money on ads and trying to be cool then making good product. Have tried two different types of their gummies. The sleep one was nothing more then melatonin. The recreational need 4 just to feel like I was micro dosing. save your money
