I work in the area. This is my second time coming here. Greeted by Julia. She was very helpful and friendly. Also scored a really good deal on 2 dispo. She gifted me with sample product. This place is super awesome for the service and people. This will be my go to spot just for that fact they have pretty much everything you need there and the great service!

Patti is the best! She has the ability to make anyone feel like you have known each other for years. I drive from Riverview for the people that work there because the customer service is like no other. I pass no less that 5 other vape smoke shops on the way. It’s well worth the extra miles.

Brandon Vape is the best shop around with the biggest variety of coils and devices. They have always had everything I've needed and if not, they've ordered it for me. Not to mention they run sales pretty much every day and their rewards program has saved me a ton. I don't go anywhere else.

So, I was considering this place. But the 1 star reviews are crazy. I have never seen a company get so defensive. I know everyone in this world is not perfect, but from a professional business stand point. I probably wouldn't attack back at a customer concern. I literally just looked on your website and was showing a co-worker and he said he went there and there is an older gentleman that works there, that is always in a bad mood. Not sure because I have never been there. But from my coworker's experience and reading these reviews I probably wouldn't go. I hate negative energy and drama. Seems that's all that is happening on this site and possibly in the store. 3 stars is in the middle because I would just be aware who you deal with when you buy vaping products. They have some good reviews but really concerning to read the attack back.
