I bought two ooze pens in April 2020 and recently one pen stopped working and both chargers messed up, one broke entirely and the other just won’t charge. I contacted ooze customer support via email and they diagnosed the situation respectfully and professionally. They aided me in the process of registering and filing a warranty claim for the pen and sent two new chargers in the mail. Ooze customer service is amazing and they took great care of me. If you order online products and have issues with items they sell, they will have poor customer service. I sent in a scale for warrant work, and never got it back. They are quick to respond when they are receiving things, but once they get it back, they will stop responding. Definitely poor customer service. Ooze/truweigh is a joke.

I purchased an Ooze 2.0 pen. It quit working after several weeks. I made a warranty return and they replaced it quickly. However, the new one didn't last long at all. After several emails, I finally received a shipping label. I shipped it back, they received it and since then nothing. After several emails I have not had a response. I guess I'm simply screwed. No product, no refund, no nothing. It's very unlikely I'll ever make another purchase from this company. My experience with them (both the product and the customer service) is severely lacking.
UPDATE. January 9, 2024
Upon calling the company, they said they're send out a new pen and chargers along with apologies. I was sent a tracking number. Now I wait. I'll update again soon.
UPDATE Jan 17, 2024.
My correspondence with this company started in December of 2023. After several more emails, I get automated responses that make no sense whatsoever. I've attempted to call several times and get only voice mail. I've left messages and they don't reply. They did send me a tracking number on January 9, 2024 of the package they said they'd send but as of today the tracking number indicates nothing has been sent. I doubt I'll get any satisfaction. Stay away from Ooze Life products you'll get zero customer support.
UPDATE January 20, 2024
I received another email from "Sara" at Oozelife support on January 17, 2024 informing me they are shipping out 2 devices for my inconvenience with the same original tracking number from January 9, 2024. Today, January 20 USPS still has not received the their package, therefore nothing has been shipped. More updates to follow.
UPDATE January 22, 2024
I received a package from Oozelife yesterday with the 2 devices I was promised. After several emails and unresponsive replies and several phone calls and voicemails, Oozelife fulfilled their promise. Thank you Oozelife. However, you need to step up your customer service. This process should not have taken 2 months. I have changed the rating from one star to 3.

Cannatron is one of the best dispensary / headshop suppliers around! We had a bumpy start with them but over the last 2-3 years but that was swiftly resolved. They have shown us they are willing to do what it takes to fix any issues that arise and always put the customer first.
Huge shout out to Lauren, she is the reason we still do business with Cannatron, if it weren't for her fixing all of the issues in the warehouse and with shipping, we would have moved to purchasing somewhere else.
If you want high quality product AND customer service, shop here. Their selection is IMMENSE. You will not be disappointed.

I purchased 2 pens about a month ago. The first one worked fine until it just fell apart at the top base where you screw your oil at. The second one i got about a good week of use before it just quit on me out the blue today. I tried to file a warranty claim but I constantly tells me i have to log on to file the claim when I already registered both products. The website is a pain to navigate and theres no tab to "login" anywhere. Im highly frustrated, and will be stepping foot here to get some answers.
