I wish I could review that these products helped my neck pain disappear, but instead my package magically disappeared while being shipped. When I contacted the company, they blamed the local post office. Don’t waste your time with this company and take your money elsewhere...if you actually want to receive your product.

Awful customer service. I own a boutique and was interested in carrying their products. I filled out the form online and got no response. So I called and left a message...nothing. messaged them on Facebook...nothing. Finally after weeks of trying I called again and got through to someone who was so incredibly rude I decided I won't be carrying their products. She was short, condescending, argumentative and unhelpful. When I told her I was trying to get ahold of someone for weeks she said, I don't know what to tell you. When I told her I found her to be rude she laughed and gave me a fake oh I'm sorry you feel that way and hung up. Really great customer service. With 20 years in the retail industry I can tell you that good companies will be begging you to carry their products...not turning people down with some low level rude receptionist.

I am not even sure why and how they are in business. They do not answer phone calls or emails. I am trying to reach out to them for more than 3 weeks and no response yet. I have been on hold for more than 55 mins and still nobody picked the phone. One day I reached out to them and spoke to Windy and convey my concerns and she said I'll get the customer service now, hang on for a min. She came back and said I've customer service on the other line I am going to transfer you now. Phone went straight to voicemail. After that even Windy stopped to pick up the phone. Not sure about the product but their communication and customer service is HORRIBLE

I received a free sample of Cbd daily cream from star magazine, it took awhile to get it in the mail.But really worth it.I have fibromyalgia and it helped with the nerve pain in my legs.

I use CBD Daily products post-workout to soothe my sore muscles. They really work!
