Had two orders now totally messed up and leaving me dry as a desert. Ordered first thing Wednesday morning to ensure that I would receive my product before the weekend. Received a call at 330pm that same day stating what I had ordered was out of stock, all good, picked something else and was told my order would be going out that day. Fast forward to this morning and I received a email stating my order was received and now I’ll be receiving it Tuesday!!! Not only did they not ship it out the same day they waited an entire day later to ship my order completely disregarding what I was told and not doing what they said they would do. This is poor customer service. Excellent way to treat a customer of over two years.

Purchased a $60.00 bottles of their product. 1st time EVER purchasing CBD anything. Did not work, their was no relief at-all. Called back to the store, use it a couple of more days. Did that called back. All they did was recommend more of their products. I will post the name of the product. Stay away---- 5000 units of what. Bengay gave better relief. *** Relief Cooling CBD Topical *** Does not work.

Prerolls are advertised as 1.0g and are actually 0.75g. Pretty sketchy. Just say they are 0.75g. Prices are Hella high, but nice people and nice quality.

I have never been to the store but I have talked to your representative on the phone. She was kind and courteous and very knowledgeable with your products. I appreciated all the information she gave and the confidence it gave me to make the right decisions for my purchases which included products for my mother as well.
