Jim was very helpful and explained in detail what the effects would be for each different strain of Kratom capsules. As well as explaining the strains, he explained the proper dosage amount for my weight and tolerance level, since I had not been the one to purchase it in the past so I didn’t know. Instead of him pushing to make a sale, he was upfront and honest. I highly recommend this store to anyone but especially to anyone whom is just curious and need guidance. (Ask for Jim)

I bought Korthal's No. 265 Kratom Extract and recently, the bottles come without the eyedropper. Considering the price of this 15ml bottle, 30 dollars, it would be nice if it came with the applicator to actually measure the dose. It's sad that I'm forced to scrounge for a used one to actually use their product because they wanted to save 2 cents.

Really nice atmosphere and staff! Walked in and was greeted by Hateem and Felix. Both were informative and friendly, I never felt rushed or forced to buy. I loved that I was actually able to take my time and view product. Definitely made me want to come back!
