Not to be a parrot, but all of the reviews about a positive customer service experience are absolutely correct! I visited during a lunch break a little while ago and ended up leaving with some great products, a free backpack and a lot more knowledge about CBD oils than I had when I walked in. Frankie was patient, thorough and friendly. Thanks for the great experience! Fingers crossed that the products are as good as the service.

Came to Chicago for an anniversary trip w/ my husband and when we checked out of our hotel I explored the area and saw all the glowing reviews for the Kratom location, so I decided to check it out. But I had an awful experience at your store that could have been handled a whole lot better. First off, the first sales rep (dark-haired girl w medium length hair and tattoos) was giving me low energy and a tad impatience when I came in with questions as a first-time customer. Then some woman in yoga pants comes in and says she needs assistance right now because people are outside waiting for her. My sales rep was more than happy to scurry away and service someone she thought was worth more time. She didn't say TO ME as she rushed to help the other woman, "Excuse me I'll get someone else to help you (which would have been wrong since she was supposed to be helping me)." She gladly ran over to serve a privileged customer that acted as if she is the only person in the world. Apparently, the yoga pants lady is a regular customer because she has an account, but if I'd had a pleasant experience I'd have been a regular online customer because I purchase CBD regularly. Did the tattooed sales girl think I didn't have money or didn't want to serve someone like me for some reason? Hmmm. Luckily, right after she abandoned me in mid conversation a very sweet saleswoman w/ glasses came right behind to answer my questions. That's the only reason this is not a one-star review. Why are we rewarding bad, bratty, entitled behavior w/ preferred customer service? That woman could have waited her turn. The tattooed sales rep could have handled the situation w/ diplomacy, but I think she rather preferred taking yoga pants lady over someone she thought was not as valuable or maybe she has a Dora-type personality but it still equals an unsavory experience. I've been to Chicago 8 times in my entire life and this is the most memorable customer service memory I've ever had shopping in the downtown area -- not a good look. And you just lost an online customer. Train your people to treat customers equitably because apparently it's needed, especially for when yoga pants lady shows up again.

I visited recently and was recommended a CBG/CBD preroll for my anxiety & stress. I have only ever smoked THC & I never heard of CBG. Frankie gave me a good rundown of CBG and its effects. I was already sold on the “high” effects without feeling totally out of mind but I wasn’t expecting to feel so calm and relaxed! Was my first time here and as soon as I walked in I was just amazed at how clean and vibrant it was they had everything I needed. I also want to shout out their amazing staff, I was helped by Sades she was super nice and very knowledgeable im so glad I came in that day! will be returning and for sure telling my friends
