CBD Plus OK – Yukon (Non-Dispensary)

I talked with Chas. He was extremely friendly and kind. Took the time to explain everything to me and spend as much time as needed to help me find exactly what I needed. I didn’t know anything about their products and he was sure to answer all my questions. Their customer service is outstanding! The products he suggested worked perfectly! I will definitely be back!

Nice location and easy to get too. Usually I'm not the only one in the store when I visit this location. The staff is friendly to everyone, myself included, and are always answering questions no matter if its a couple of questions to an extensive amount. With their information, they even take the time to write out some of the info on their informative brochures! It's nice being able to try out some of their samples to find out what I'm really getting product wise. The hemphreze is a nice change up for back, shoulder and neck tension, plus it smells great! Also it's nice when I can start feeling a little relief within 15 minutes! Did you know they have CBD bath bombs!? Now if only I had a bigger tub. Thanks CBD Plus USA!

Very professional establishment. Provided clear education on the positive effects of CBD. Knowledgeable and friendly staff who offered excellent service and prices. So great, I even sent my mother in for help with her arthritis pain. Will definitely return and highly recommended. Update: returned to shop to get more produce. Again great prices, great service. Trevor explained the different benefits of CBD and various forms available. All other shops were already closed for the evening. Great to have such a nice establishment available on this side of town.

I just had my first experience in this store today and I can definitely say I will not be doing business anywhere else. I was initially greeted by Reid who patiently answered ALL of my questions about CBD for myself AND my dogs. Reid is extremely knowledgeable and a huge help at explaining the products offered. I had previously been doing business with another company at 3X the price point, for a MUCH lesser product. Thank you Reid for the help and information, I will definitely not be doing CBD business anywhere else!

I am very disappointed in this establishment. I bought some cbd oil and was told it was better than the stuff I was buying, from another provider. That is not why I am writing this bad review. They told me I could refund within 30 days. I take my oil in and do a refund, and the salesman is not allowed to give me a refund. He says a manager has to do it and tells me he will be back in 30 mins come back 30mins latter and he is still not there waiting for him the salesman walks up to my car and says my manager is in Newcastle.... If your going to offer a refund you should be able to get one any time.
