The service is usually pretty good. The selection is pretty good the prices are awesome. But today I looked up what time they open. It said 8am. The sign on the door says open at 8 am. I got there at 7:55 and waited until 8:30 am. I understand if you changed your hours but you have to change them on social media and on your FRONT DOOR. Because of this and the guy with the cowboy hat that acts like it’s an inconvenience for me to be there I WILL NOT BE BACK. There are too many selections out there to give my $$$ to.

My experience at this store is amazing every single time I enter! Jasmine the manager is amazing and I could spend hours just in there talking to her about life. Besides being such a hospitable person she takes the time to listen and find what will help without trying to pressure or upsell. I feel like I’m at a very professional place getting advice (with paperwork and information). The place is clean and inviting. I won’t go anywhere else!

Bought a brand new delta 8 cartridge from them yesterday. Already acting like it’s clogged up. Can’t even get any airflow through it. I do everything the employees suggest to prevent this but it still doesn’t work. They phased out their cheaper cartridges to force people to spend more money. Do not buy the “Reserve” brand cartridges, they are worse in quality than the cheaper ones. Vape stores will not refund your money for anything so the only thing you can do to hurt their business is to give them negative reviews until people stop shopping there.

I went in today for the first time and was EXTREMELY amazed by the way Jasmine greeted me and educated me on all the products I could try. She was very knowledgeable and detailed when describing all the different kinds and types of all the products. Her demeanor and attitude were OUTSTANDING and pleasant. I will be back because of the great service I received.

Place wasn't open when I tried to walk in at 11:40 this morning, even though the sign was lit up and poster said they were open. And then it took 15 minutes for the cashier and his manager to process a gift card transaction. He had to ask me where the gift card was bought and how much was on it which I found a little too shady to be good for business. And then he said, "To make matters worse, we just had a floater in here yesterday" as if I was supposed to understand what that meant or how it was relevant to anything. Just overall did not enjoy this particular experience with the employee, who seemed not at all pleased with his job to stay closed and talk so hastily about things. . . I'll be going to Fort O. from now on, and I don't care about the gift card since I can't use it anywhere else (which I had to make an extra trip for initially).
