Really good vibes, the outside of the store looks suspicious but inside is great. The people were very friendly and answered all my questions, and were very knowledgeable about all products. I have specific allergies and they were able to show me multiple products, that accommodated my dietary needs. Overall a good spot and recommend to stop by.

I hate writing this because I've been a loyal customer for a very long time, gave a ton of referrals, and tried to be supportive. I don't know what's changed within the past few months, but things are TERRIBLE now. Today, I drove from one location to another because a product that I really liked was on clearance. It sucks that they're not carrying the product anymore, but that's pretty common for this franchise. I get there, and the employee didn't honor the pricing that the other employee told me so I ended up posting regular price. Plus, he was kinda snooty about it (and not very sympathetic to the fact I drove a long way to NOT get the reason I drove that distance). There's WAY too many choices now to put up with that kind of terrible customer service. So I guess I'll find somewhere else to spend my money.

Not only was the owner quite knowledgeable, but she was also very kind and caring. She knew about holistic medicine to apply to my broken bone and was well versed in essential oils. The building was very clean, well-spaced, and had a professional appeal. The products are quality and the in house brand concentrates and salves are VERY well priced. Other items may be as well, but I went in asking about what to use on a broken bone until I get medical treatment. The owner offered a sample of the Colorado Cures full spectrum hot cream once we got to talking and it seemed to work immediately! I was very thrilled! Was well worth going in, I almost drove right past once urgent care sent packing. I recommend going to them over other places in the area. Was just a more quality-professional experience with a whole lot of care...embarrassingly enough I was declined purchasing the items...I was not sure on what to do. I asked her to try splitting the amount on two cards, multiple ways and to my dismay each card was declined. At this point I still owed $5. I was just about to go diving into my sister's vehicle and was told it was ok. I'm writing this review to pay it forward in a small way, I still am in amazement...the customer service was more than impeccable, it was perfect and personable, thank you! Bruising, swelling, and pain all are WAY down :)

Stopped in a week ago or so and got some excellent help from Chris! We will definitely be back. Great selection and prices.
