Had an obviously bad disposable that I bought and the lady working 06/17/24 looked me in the eyes saying nothing wrong with a disposable that’s been sitting for what looks like months, never had a problem before hand with anyone else just her

Skylar was extra helpful this evening. Called in and asked for a particular item, she said it was in stock and she was so kind to take it to the register for me so my husband would not have to “wonder” if he got the right thing for me. Every time we have been the store ALL of the staff is super helpful! Thank you for going the extra step to accommodate us!

Bought 4 brand new 1 gram carts about 15 mins before closing. I don't smoke n drive so when I got home the 1st one I opened doesn't work. Won't exchange something brand new that doesn't work??? Whatever. No more business for you from me. Bad business model.

Never had a problem but the last two geek bars I bought haven't worked right. They hit till they blink. After they lowered the price a bit, I'd rather pay 5 more dollars than have 60$ of vapes be pretty much useless. Was told 2 days after buying that they couldn't return one of them even cause it wasn't immediate. I'm sorry I prepare for my vape dying and didn't open them and just start hitting it in your store. I reccomend midwest just down the street
