Cloud 9 Smoke, Vape, & Hookah Co. – Roswell

I have had it with Cloud 9. I specifically go to these stores with the expectation that I can get the same thing from one place to the next. For a year that wasn't the case, but has recently gotten better with all stores finally stocking Modern Herb cartridges. I went into this store today and the guy talked me into a different brand than I normally get. I specifically asked if it was the same size cartridge to which he said "Yes." I didn't realize until after I left and opened it that the cartridge is in fact twice the diameter as what he said. But because I left the store and opened it, he refused to exchange it. Instead, trying to get me to buy a new battery (which I don't need or want) or buying ANOTHER cartridge at 50% off. Apparently it's the policy of Cloud 9 to force people to spend more money when it is their employees that screw up.

I want to take a moment to applaud HANAH at cloud 9 Alpharetta for her amazing customer service and down to earth vibes. She is the best employee I’ve actually ever encountered at this location. Thank you Hanah!

From the moment my mom and I entered the store, Zach was fully engaged, providing thorough explanations of various hookah options. His assistance was invaluable as I made my purchase decision. Two weeks later, when I encountered difficulty reassembling my hookah after disassembling it for travel, Zach promptly and effortlessly came to my aid when I called him. I wholeheartedly endorse shopping at this store; its aesthetic appeal, remarkable customer service, and Zach's top-tier assistance make it a standout choice.

Run, don’t walk! I promise you I learn something new every time I go into the shop. Zack and Bryce know their stuff inside and out. I am so thankful that they go above and beyond to help a novice like me. They really help you feel very comfortable in their store.
