I was not expecting the stellar Customer Service I got at this establishment & I must say it caught me off guard & blew me away!! Let me begin by saying I am always on the hunt for great products or services at great prices sold by great people!! And this business hit All Points!! I first went there a couple weeks ago and purchased a combo vape (battery, pen, cart) & was excited by all the initial employee told me of this particular product however when I got home & attempted to put it together the cart detached from its base & all the goo juice dribbled out!! How disappointing was that especially considering I could not just turn around and go back due to distance. But then fast forward two weeks maybe three weeks and I find myself back at that smoke shop this time the initial employee was not there but a wonderful kind very professional and interesting owner was by the name of Jonathan & we begin chatting. I choose a great product by his suggestion and then I begin to tell him my experience with the other product a couple of weeks back. He tells me that I could bring the stuff back to him and he would correct things for me completely catching me off guard because I bought the initial product may be three weeks before this conversation with him and usually owners do not do that. I showed up at the shop the next day Sunday and the initial Employee and Jonathan were both there. Unbeknownst to me without much conversation he told me he was going to go ahead and give me a card for the damage card I had purchased and never got to use he also let me pick which one I would like but then he went above and beyond and threw in an amazing bag of gummy‘s !! Who does that especially in todays day & age!! I’ll tell you who Jonathan would and he did and he did it with a smile on his face without him knowing that I was going to turn around and do a review for him because I didn’t know what else to do to let him know that he is by far One of the best reviews I enjoyed writing they were pleasant easy to speak to kind professional willing to negotiate the store was clean there was a variety of products and the prices were extremely reasonable across the board I definitely recommend visiting this place and stopping by because it’s really hard to find stores and get the treatment I got from Jonathan & employee!! 💪🏽👍👍

Top-of-the-line products. The fact that they have Blazy Susan is a Win in my book. He carries everything else you would expect but so much extra. From rolling papers to blunts CBD to anything you need for Hookah. Make sure you do business with them.
