Hands down best service and inventory in Concord. They ordered my Fav cigars that nobody else keeps in stock! Plus, the store is always clean compared to other local smoke shops. 5/5

Friendly and knowledgeable service. Edited to add: We've gone back several times and Mo has always been super friendly and patient with me and all of my questions. Another edit (4/23/24): I really love coming here. I moved away, so I don't get to patronize this business as often as I would like. But every time I get the chance to visit, Mo makes me feel very welcome, like a long, lost friend. This will always be my favorite vape shop! Thanks, Mo, for always being so awesome!!! 😁

Clean store, contactless pay option, it's always clean and well ventilated. The staff are friendly.

Bought a STÜNDENGLASS…he assured they were all tested, unused, Authentic, etc… got it home; it was leaking…decided to do some in-depth research. Come to find out he sold me a FAKE. A $300 product… FAKE. Wouldn’t even exchange the counterfeit product for a different one that didn’t leak. Don’t do business with these guys!!!!!! I saw fake vapes while there to. Who knows what else they are selling that is fake. I have already filed with the Federal Trade Commission.

I showed up this morning on June the 10th 2024 to get a pack of cigarettes I was trying to get LD red 100s instead of telling me that you can't take $3 and that is 365 he was very rude and snappy I acted like he owned America I'm sorry but nobody does I've watched a lot of my friends die while on the line we're standing up for this country and that guy is so snappy and he's not even from here maybe you should go backwards from and we treat people with respect because it takes respect to get respect
