Pharmacists are awesome, front staff needs work. I called about a few Prescriptions and was told they're "working on them". I asked if they'd be done in 2 hrs when I stopped by. I was told yes because they're "working on them". Almost 3 hours later I had about 5 minutes (after fighting traffic) to get them picked up and back on the road. But.. was told they're not ready and could I wait 15- 20 minutes because they're "working on them". I could not. What a wasted trip (time, traffic, gas). Which now I'll have to come back. GRRR. This is not the first time which is why I specifically asked on the phone if they'd be done in 2 hrs. These are also common prescriptions so it should have been easy fills. Frustrated and getting ready to switch to a dif pharmacy. Front staff is also often not friendly, and not helpful or act like they don't like helping when you have questions. But again... the pharmacists are wonderful.

My family has had three terrible experiences with this pharmacy, 1) We have tried for three days now to get a live person on the phone because they are trying to charge full price for my husband's prescription, when it should be about $20. Each time we call, it's almost impossible just to get past the robot loop, where the automation is set up to prevent you from being able to actually speak with a live person. When we finally do get past the robot loop, we get to a point where we can ONLY leave a message, and get a call back no less than ONE HOUR from now. That is absolutely ridiculous. They need someone to answer phone calls and answer people's questions, otherwise they just make it harder on themselves and customers in the long run. It is obnoxious that a company can post profits like CVS does and not even have enough staff to answer the damn phone. 2) We told them to update the phone number on file for my step-daughter, because her psychotic mother keeps getting calls about her prescriptions and goes and intercepts them so she can't take them. Could they follow through with that very simple request? NOPE! Apparently that's too hard for them to actually figure out. 3) They didn't have modified hours provided on their website, or listed outside of their pharmacy one day, and there were like three elderly people that were just standing there 10 minutes after 9:00 still waiting for them to open. We are no longer taking our prescriptions to CVS. Not that anyone from CVS is going to look at this and care, because we're all just replaceable numbers to them, but hopefully enough other people stop accepting the inadequate customer service and do the same. If they don't actually care about improving the people's lives they claim to care about, maybe they'll finally care when their revenues fall.

I am very happy with this pharmacy. They know us very well and greet us with a smile every time. They make sure we get our meds on time and help suggest alternatives to discuss with our doctor if there are problems filling a prescription. Awesome to still have a great pharmacy like this near home in 2024!
