Better call ahead to be sure they're open, I made the trek during their advertised open hours and no one was there. Called and went to voicemail, texted the number and was told they're there, which they weren't. Wouldn't have been so annoyed as to leave a bad review except when they responded they told me I was wrong and really made no effort. Plenty of great places across the cities to get your THC from that will actually be open when you go.

I am beyond excited that DD has expanded and added a cannabis specific location to their repertoire. Now, this place is a lot more special than the typical dispensary. They have an excellent selection of THC drinks, which are my go-to for pain management with chronic pain (fibromyalgia, arthritis, hyper-mobility). They wanted to make sure they had my favorite option in stock (Cann, seriously recommend it!!!) and have kindly kept me in mind when meeting with their distributor. They also have gummies with locally made options and specific properties beyond just THC, like CBD, CBN, and CBG which are also excellent for managing a huge number of health conditions. They have some vaporizer options and will very soon be offering flower and other standard dispensary fare! You can also purchase growing supplies, mindfully curated to help the home grower produce the best quality plants right at home. Don’t know what you’re doing or want to improve the quality of your yield? They offer classes for very reasonable and accessible prices! They offer far more than just a standard overview of the process, but aim to educate on the nuances of growing that will have you leaving with knowledge beyond expectation. If you’re not a class taker, they also run their podcast from their podcast lab on-site, which is quite the sight to see! Seriously, check it out, it’s very cool. While all of this is awesome, the best part of the whole operation is the people. Each time we have visited (with our two dogs in tow, by the way!), they’ve been happy to see us and enthusiastic about talking with my husband who is also a home grower and making sure that I am getting what I need medicinally. We can’t wait for them to reach all of their goals with what they want to do with this space and will certainly be there frequently to take advantage of their offerings, knowledge, and kindness. If you weren’t convinced somehow by all of this awesome stuff they’ve got going on, they are also active in the community. They’ve organized environmental cleanups where proceeds of the event went to supporting their neighbor across the street, Cookie Cart (if you’re not familiar, it’s a very worthy cause and a staple in the twin cities outreach community). Don’t sleep on this spot, y’all. It’s a real gem and an incredibly welcome addition to the community!
