I place an order on November 22nd and got a confirmation email. They took the money out of my account the same day. Tried contacting them for a shipping date no response. Have sent 4 more emails and still have not heard anything back. BBB is my next step. Unfortunately they have no customer service by phone only email. I guess they don't check their inbox. Very unhappy customer.
