Will not return here ever! Terrible business practices. Bought a vaporesso device from this place 2 weeks ago. It started hitting wrong, the auto draw won't activate, and when i leave it with a pod in, it will activate the auto draw on its own and spit liquid out of the mouthpiece and burn out the coil. It says on vaporesso's website there's a 90 day warranty and to take it to the store you purchased it from for repair or replacement. That's exactly what I did and was told by the employee that sold me the defective device that since i had thrown away the box it came in 2 weeks ago with the warranty card in it that there was nothing he could do to help me. So now i have a useless device and the store that has posted "authorized vaporesso dealer" in their window can essentially steal my money and continue selling faulty products to the next poor sap that walks in their building. They also sell delta-8 products while telling you to your face they're thc-a. But that's a whole other issue. Maybe that's just bad training or lack of knowledge of the products they're selling.
