Ive been here a few times before, wasnt too bad but tonight i was trying to find some king palm wraps because i ran out and king palm's locator said erupted carried so i decided to try bc it was the closest. i walked in and got glared at, i asked if they carried it and the sales associate rolled his eyes and very condescendingly said "no, we dont carry anything like that we're a vape shop so we sell vapes"... idk maybe im being a bit sensitive bc its been a long day but i dont feel very welcome in there and we couldve done without the attitude. king palm's website is wrong, i tried to contact them to update it, not the employee's fault its wrong, just a little disappointing :(

Went here today because I’m in a bind with my vape gear in a suitcase which has been lost somewhere by the good people of British Airways. Staff was super helpful in trying to translate my British vape lingo and working out what will keep me going until my stuff arrives. Thanks!

I get using the bathroom and taking breaks/ lunch. I sat and waited to see how long it would take for them to take the sign down. Luckily, I didn't have anywhere else to be at the moment. I waited 35 mintues for the sign to be taken down and the door unlocked. I watched 10+ people try the door and walk away. A recommendation, if the person is taking lunch, put a 30 mintue lunch break sign on the door, just so the customers know that it could be awhile. March 11, 2024 4:40pm to 5:15pm

I went here to buy a new tank for my mod they were very helpful in getting this accomplished.The issue I have is now when I need new coils for the mod they sold me they never have them in stock. They should not recommend products to people and then not sell the tools needed to keep the equipment running. Ever time I go in they tell me one of our other stores has what you need but I'm not gonna drive across town. I will just take my business to someone who can stock items properly.
